I purchased all of the sessions and now all the apps from the company are on a monthly fee and mine stopped working. Not okay with that.
A useless app, download and you can't use any of the tools without subscribing, one of the worst, avoid
Not free, just a trial.
I never regret buying it. Seriously. I had some serious trouble sleeping. I usually had to wait till morning just to be able to sleep. I set it to 20 times. And well often I didn't even finish 1 set before I fell unconscious. Sometimes I had to go 2 set if it's really hard. But really I didn't finish all set to be able sleep. It's just wonderful and helpful. Thank you so much! It's really a big help. <3
Audio is not at all useful, I had forgotten that I had used and disliked this one in the past and downloaded it and tried once more to be disappointed again. Came back to leave a review and saw my old review. I really wished the orator would improve his script and update the app but instead he chose to say that he can't please everyone.

Am having trouble exiting the app. Is there some trick to it? At the moment I am having to restart my phone to get out of the app. Using a Nokia 7.1
Great, great program, you will be in a deep state of relaxation in no time. Highly recommend getting the paid version to get the full benefits!
I paid for this app and now it no longer recognise my email address. Either fix it or give me my money back.
Early days yet but like the app and simple to use. Unfortunately I do tend to drift off so never feel I've quite remembered the content. I will persevere and see what develops.
